Clicking on the image to the right will take you to our new FAQ section. Our new FAQ section is no longer hosted on the shen website but rather at a free resource called Wetpaint. Wetpaint is a website that allows users to set up wiki's (indexable and searchable encyclopedias of knowledge). We have set up our FAQ's as a wiki to allow you to more easily search the content using the search box in the upper left hand corner to find the answers your looking for.

In addition you may browse the topics in the wiki by using the navigation pane directly below the search box. Clicking on the arrow to the left of the topic will open up a menu showing you the subtopics.

After finding a help sheet to answer your question you may also post comments by clicking on the thread button below the article. This allows the users to share with each other different ways they were successful at solving their share problem.

Once you are done using the wiki you can click on Home in the navigation pane the select back to ShenTRAC and click the back to ShenTRAC button.
