Requesting a Transcript

You can request your high school transcript in person or by mail. You need to provide the following information:

•your name

•the year you graduated

•your social security number

•your date of birth

•the name and address of where you want the transcript sent

 

There is a $2.00 fee per copy of your transcript (if paying by check make it payable to Shenendehowa Central School District).
