Recognizing that learning is a shared responsibility, we, the Arongen community, believe that critical thinking, problem solving, nurturing a sense of inquiry and establishing a purpose for learning are most important. The uniqueness of each individual is accepted and we are committed to the development of the total child. We build self-esteem and promote attitudes of responsibility and accountability in a safe, orderly and positive environment where learning is valued and differences accepted. We are committed to the development of strategies necessary to function in a highly complex and changing society.
