We would like to share information with you regarding services provided by the Shenendehowa Central School District for non-public students. In order for your student to receive textbooks, busing and other services, you must register your child with the district registrar. Registration is by appointment only.

Items required at time of registration:

• Student Registration Form (PDF). This form will need to be completed and brought with you to your registration appointment.

 

• Request for Transportation to a Non-Public School Form (PDF): Please bring the completed form with you to your registration appointment.

 

• Proof of Residency/Student Registration Guidelines (PDF): review the list of acceptable proofs of residency. You will need to bring 2 proofs of residency with you to your appointment from this list in order to complete the registration process.

 

• Proof of Date of Birth/Student Registration Guidelines (PDF): review the section regarding Proof of Date of Birth on the Student Registration Guidelines Form. The registration process cannot be completed without proof of birth date.
