The Shenendehowa Central School District embraces evolving
technology to maximize the academic and personal development of
our students. The District provides safe and appropriate
access to technological tools and embeds the use of those tools
into all aspects of the educational program. In alignment
with the Profile of a Shenendehowa Graduate, our students will
develop the skills, knowledge and expertise required for
successful participation in 21st century society.
The District Instructional Technology Integration Committee (DITIC), with input from a variety of stakeholders, developed a Teaching and Learning with Technology Plan which outlines goals and strategies for the integration of technology.
The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) established National Educational Technology Standards for students, teachers and administrators. The following video was created by DITIC members to help raise awareness of NETS for Students.
